Це одна з перших ґрунтовних спроб в Україні виміряти гендерний аспект роботи українських медіа не лише у площині контенту, а й з позиції організації роботи редакцій, ставлення медійниць до гендерних питань, впровадження формальних та неформальних політик і практик рівності у колективах, досвідів дискримінації чи насильства, скерованих на працівниць медіа.

This is one of the first thorough attempts in Ukraine to measure the gender aspect of the work of the Ukrainian media not only in terms of content, but also from the standpoint of the organization of editorial work, the attitude of women in media to gender issues, the implementation of formal and informal policies and practices of equality in teams, experiences of discrimination or violence against women media workers.
